POLICY
Studio pricing includes
- Use of all Bowens lighting, light shapers and remote triggers.
- Use of the toilet, shower , kitchen (microwave available)
- Coffee, Tea, Water
- Tables, ladders, ...
- Optional to fix decoration on the ceiling (please ask in advance!)
- Parking space for 2 cars inside, parking outside is also available, the parking zoning is pink.
Studio Pricing Excludes:
- Paper backdrops: 10€/m used on the floor - please discuss colours upfront since stock can vary
- Profoto and Camera gear (pricing, see hereunder)
- Green key setup 40€ ex VAT/BTW
- Smoke machine 20€ ex VAT/BTW
- Light assistance 45€ ex VAT/BTW per hour
POLICY
- An eLiMaGe team member will open the studio and will be present during the shoot. For safety and insurance reasons.
- We do not allow more than 20 people in the studio; we can not accommodate more people due to insurance and safety reasons.
- We do not ask for a warranty (since one of us will be present). However if something does get broken during your time, we expect you or your insurance company to reimburse the cost for repairing made damage. If something gets damaged beyond repair, we will ask to reimburse us in order to replace broken equipment. This does not count for flashbulbs or pilot lights that pop due to overtime extensive use.
- We are strict on timings; a rental of f.e. two hours should be finished within 2h15min maximum and the studio should be fully cleared and clean, no exceptions. If this is not the case, an extra hour will be billed. Late arrivals on your part do not postpone the rental starting time. We start counting as from the agreed upon hour. We will - in general - always be 10 mins in advance at the studio to do some extra prepping for your rental to be optimal.
LIGHT ASSISTING
When Professional assistance / consulting is needed, E.g. with lighting setup or studio setup, this can be booked for 45€/hour excl. VAT
If this is not booked, we expect not to be needed during your shoot. Of course, every new rental will start with a short introduction to our studio and gear. If you have no studio experience whatsoever, we advise you to book this for at least one hour.
Not all our colleagues have broad photography experience. So if assistance is needed, this should be mentioned with your booking so we can guarantee someone with experience will assist you during the day.

LIGHT EQUIPMENT
We have 5 Bowens gemini 500 flash heads and 4 Profoto B10+ Flash heads available. These can be used as flash or as continuous light (with different colour temperatures). We also have light shaping tools available for Profoto. Please see the overview on our Gear page. If you shoot video, Profoto gear is advised, since the continuous light of our Bowens equipment is not ideal for video.
